OUR INN POLICIES

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of your stay confirms your reservation and is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Early departures are non-refundable, and you will be expected to pay the full amount due.

Arrival: The front desk is open from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. for your arrival. To ensure our staff has enough time to attend to all rooms and common areas each day, we are unable to accommodate early arrivals.

Late Arrival: We know that sometimes it's not possible to make the 6:00 p.m. check in time, not a problem, simply call us the day before your arrival and we will make arrangements so that you can do a late self-check in and make sure you know all the door codes for entry into the building. 605-574-4408

Departure: Check out 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded less $25 per night, per room, if cancellation is 30 or more days before the arrival date. For cancellations 29 days or less, no refund will be issued, and the full reservation amount is due. No refunds available during all Holiday weeks, Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, other special events, weddings, or reunions 100% of the reservation will be charged. Full room rate is charged for last minute cancellations, failure to cancel or early departures.

Damages Policy to the property: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit /debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will, however, make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Smoking: This is a no smoking facility. A minimum of 350.00 clean fee will be charged if you choose to smoke within the facility.

Pets: Please, no pets. Although we love animals, we simply do not have the facilities (inside or outside) for guests to bring them.

Children: We love children, but we ask that you leave them with a sitter in order to maintain the quiet, romantic atmosphere at Summer Creek Inn. An exception is made if you are renting the entire facility. Adult Only, 16 and up.
