POLICIES

Reservations are held with a credit card. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Deposit

Deposit of 50% of your stay confirms your reservation and is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Early departures are non-refundable and you will be expected to pay the full amount due.

Arrival

Check in 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Earlier arrivals MUST be prearranged in order to assure someone is here & the room is ready. Please call if you’d like to request a late arrival.

Departure

Check out 11:00 a.m. Late checkouts will only be approved if the room is not being rented later & MUST be prearranged.

Dining

Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. in the dining room.

Cancellations

Deposits will be refunded less a $25 handling fee if cancellation is 30 or more days before arrival date. For shorter notice, no refund will be issued. No refunds available during Holiday weeks, Sturgis Motorcycle Rally or other special events. Full room rate is charged for last minute cancellations or failure to cancel.

Smoking

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. Smoking is allowed in a designated outdoor common area only. There is an additional $150 daily charge for smoking in the rooms or $500.00 daily charge for smoking in the indoor common areas.

Pets

Please, no pets! Although we love animals, we simply do not have the facilities (inside or outside) for guests to bring them.

Children

We love children, but ask that you leave them with a sitter in order to maintain the quiet, romantic atmosphere at Summer Creek Inn. An exception is made if you are renting the entire facility.
