Will a manager/coordinator be present to oversee our event to the end?
Yes, a dedicated Event Coordinator will be present during your entire event to oversee all details, and our full staff will be available to meet any request throughout the event and cater to the newlyweds all night!
How long before the event can we have access to the reception tent so that we may prepare it?
We guarantee that you and your vendors will have access to the reception area 2 hours before the event start time.
Is the set-up and clean-up included in the final price?
Yes, all set-up and clean-up is included in the inclusive packages. We also provide 2 hour access, before your event starts, to the reception area to set-up any decorations and personal touches you may want to add.
Do you charge per head count, by the hour, or a flat fee?
