Reservations are held with a credit card, we accept Cash, Visa, Master Card or Discover.
Deposit of 50% of your stay confirms your reservation and is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Early departures are non-refundable and you will be expected to pay the full amount due.
Check-in 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. When at all possible we will be happy to arrange an early check-in however we early arrivals will need to be pre-arranged.
Due to the Covid issue, we are not offering early check-ins or late arrivals.
We know that sometimes it's not possible to make the 6:00 p.m check-in time, not a problem give us a call and we can make arrangements so that you can do a self check-in. 605-574-4408

As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility as possible. Guest that have booked directly with Summer Creek Inn prior to March 15th, 2020 have the following cancelation options:

2. Rescheduled for a future date to be used within one year of the original reservation date.
3. A credit voucher may be requested that will be valid for Two years from the original booking date.
4. New Reservations. Any reservation you make through our reservation system that are booked between March 15th 2020 and May 31st, 2020, for future arrival date, can be rescheduled for a future date to be used within one year of the original reservation date or a credit voucher may be requested that will be valid for Two years from the original booking date.
5. Reservations made June 1, 2020 or later will be held to our normal cancellation policies

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will, however, make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
This is a no smoking facility.
Please, no pets. Although we love animals, we simply do not have the facilities (inside or outside) for guests to bring them.
We love children, but we ask that you leave them with a sitter in order to maintain the quiet, romantic atmosphere at Summer Creek Inn. An exception is made if you are renting the entire facility. Adult Only, 16 and up.
At Summer Creek Inn we have always had the highest standards of providing our guests with a clean safe environment. Due to COVID-19, we have made a few changes to our procedures.
Upon your arrival, we request that you wear a mask during the check-in process. If you do not have a mask, we will be happy to provide you with one.
Prior to entering the building, you will need to ring the doorbell, a staff member will greet you, ask you the standard CDC travel declaration questions, take your temperature, sanitize your luggage and provide you with hand sanitizer.
We request that you disinfect your shoes on the sanitization mat next to the door each time you enter the building.
You will then enter the building and a staff member will get you checked in and show you to your room.
All guests checking in will need to show a valid ID so it will speed up the check-in process if you have your ID ready upon your arrival.
When in common areas if other guests or staff are present, we request that you wear your mask. For us to reopen and provide a safe and healthy environment for both our guests and staff we have made the before-mentioned changes.
We understand that these changes are new to us all and hopefully as the COVID situation improves we will be able to relax some of these guidelines.
